Insights notes are being sunset

As a user research platform, we're big believers in listening to feedback from our customers and constantly iterating on our offering to make it as useful to product and user research teams as possible.

This means investing our product development efforts into functionality that help you reach good outcomes and find value, and deprioritising functionality that you don't find useful. Due to low usage across our user base, we'll remove the Insights functionality from the platform over the coming weeks.

Any insights notes you can have can be exported using the export functionality, and can also be requested directly from the team at [email protected].

This allows us to continue focusing on the functionality in Ribbon that helps you get in-the-moment user insights at scale.
